Service Engineer / Technician

TITLE : Service Engineer / Technician
REPORTS TO : Service Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
  • To attend the complaint given by respective department Manager.
  • Arranging for job work/ machining required for completing the engine assembly if required.
  • Preparation of FSR after resolving the complaint thereby taking customer feedback on FSR & report to concerned service Manager.
  • Carrying out servicing of engines (based on breakdowns, installation checks, AMC's, Survey reports).
  • Identifying spare parts of D .G set required for Overhauling / repair.
  • Maintain the daily work dairy as per the format given.
